SOUS VIDE

Sous Vide application, also called vacuum cooking technique, first appeared in France in the 1960s and started to be used in countries such as America, Canada, Belgium and Singapore.

As Sous Vide technology, which is a kind of pasteurization process, the food is cooked in a vacuum package and the temperature, it is homogeneously distributed throughout the food during cooking and thus the heterogeneous temperature and color distribution formed in the traditional cooking method is not observed in the Sous Vide method.

For this reason, in traditional cooking methods, operations such as turning or mixing applied to ensure homogeneous cooking of the food are not required in this method.
